What can I expect when I bring my car in?

We start with a formal appraisal that includes pictures of your vehicle, a test drive, and a quick walk-around. That is followed by a quick multi-point inspection done by our service technicians. How do I get paid?

I have a loan on my vehicle. How does that work?

If your lien amount is less than our offer, we pay off the vehicle within 10 days and cut you a certified check for the remainder. If your lien amount is more than our offer, we ask you to pay us the difference and send your lender the full amount.
