Custom Ordering FAQ
How long does a custom order usually take?
The general timeframe for your custom order to arrive at the dealership tends to vary and is based on the individual make and model you choose and where it will be assembled. In most situations, custom ordered vehicles can take between a few weeks to up to 6 months to arrive. Throughout the build process, our team will provide you with updates at each step.
Is a deposit required prior to placing a custom order?
This depends on which vehicle you are looking to order. If you plan to place a down payment on your new vehicle or purchase the vehicle outright, this deposit can be applied towards that. If you intend to finance or lease 100% of the vehicle, the deposit will be returned to you in full or partially once your contract is signed and you take delivery of the vehicle.
Will my custom-ordered vehicle be eligible for special rebates, lease incentives, or other special offers?
This also depends on what make of vehicle you are ordering. You’ll be able to choose from one of three options. First, you may be able to lock in a current incentive at the time of placing your order. Second, some manufacturers allow you to select either the incentives that were available when you ordered or the incentives available when it arrives at the dealer. This lets you choose the most cost-effective option for your individual situation. Lastly, certain brands will only allow you to choose the best incentive available at the time of delivery. Your sales consultant will review your options with you during the process.
My current lease is about to expire. Can I still order a vehicle?
Most manufacturers allow you to extend your lease as long as you have a vehicle ordered. Please see the individual location to begin this process.
Can my custom order be completed over the phone or online?
Absolutely! Our team is standing by to help you complete and submit your custom ordered vehicle via phone or internet. We do recommend that you come see your exterior color of choice in person prior to ordering to make sure that it lives up to your expectations.
